When I think of Orange County, California I think of tanned glamorous youngsters getting into sticky situations but that is just because I was overly keen of ‘The O.C’.
Thankfully not everyone in London has the same deluded view of the place as me which is why a group of emerging Contemporary British Artists from London’s Debut Contemporary are heading across the pond to exhibit their work at The Orange County Center for Contemporary Art (OCCCA). The OCCCA has been known for its presentation of cutting-edge artwork since 1980 and with the limited art funding in the UK this is a great opportunity for the chosen designers to raise the London Art scenes profile overseas.
The OCCCA Executive Directors and Curators have selected the artists to feature. Rosie Emerson, Tahness Londsdale,Agnetha Sjogren, Nicola Anthony and Tinsel Edwards will all be presenting their work from the 21st of December to the 12th of January.
