Converse unveil the Forever Chuck film – a celebration of Chuck Taylor

Rooted in youth culture, Chuck Taylor has been and will continue to be, an ever-lasting symbol — never a trend. Chuck is 100-years old, and still brand new. To bring the street style icon to today’s generation, the “Forever Chuck” campaign launched this past February as the first global initiative to serve the encapsulating spirit of youth. Taking over social media feeds, retail displays and digital commerce with engaging stylized images, the videos all told stories of Chuck’s rich history and bright future as a cultural mainstay.

The final instalment of the Converse Forever Chuck Scenes dives deep into Chucks and Fashion and the Chuck Taylor’s iconic influence on the global fashion industry. Hosted by international model Winnie Harlow and directed by award-winning filmmaker Huu Do, the video explores the latest trends in high-low styling that pairs corner thrift shop finds with the latest in haute couture. Speaking with ground-breaking leaders within the underground nightlife scene, Harlow brings viewers into the forefront of trend-driving fashion movements in London and Paris.

The Forever Chuck Scenes explore the three core cultural movements that made the Chuck Taylor iconic: films, LA Hip Hop and fashion. Each film uniquely captures the confident and daring spirit of youth that has symbolized Chuck Taylor loyalists in the past, present and future.
